This is tailored to a role(s). STQ Partners will help our clients to build a detailed outcomes and competencies scorecard for the position(s) in question. This will produce a standardised assessment tool, applied to each candidate by both parties during the interview process and referencing stage.

Process Journey Mapped Out

STQ Partners and the client agree upon the process in its totality. This will outline the candidate experience.

EXECUTE

Benchmark Candidates in 72 hours

STQ Partners delivers a minimum of 3 benchmark candidates to help shape the search, narrow down the brief and encourage the client to explore the match further.

Short list in Under 4 weeks

STQ Partners will have presented a short list of candidates within 4 weeks, every candidate will be represented within the Q-Pack.

Completion in 1/3rd of the industry norm

STQ Partners will have signed acceptance from the candidate and a start date confirmed in 1/3rd of the industry norm.

The Q-Print creates a pool of individuals within defined criteria that can all add value to that specific client, as well as offer a long-term solution to many of the issues raised by talent acquisition (succession planning, DE&I).
