· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Energy, or related field required; MBA strongly preferred
· 10–15 years of experience in business development within energy, technology, or related sectors
· Proven success in driving revenue growth and forming high impact partnerships
· Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
· Strong knowledge of the energy industry, particularly power generation and emerging market trends
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
· Willingness and ability to travel as needed
· Must pass a background check, drug screening, and any required assessments
· Valid U.S. driver’s license
· Predictable, in-person attendance required daily
