2 new roles needed to be created, and as these were newly created roles, they posed several key challenges for the business in ensuring success.
Key challenges included: salary information required; available talent pools / target areas; requisite skills / experience needed and ultimately being able to attract talent to an unknown entity within these domains, in a fiercely competitive market for these types of backgrounds.
The Q-Print analysis quickly provided real-time data around salary benchmarking, ensuring the client could compose a competitive package and budget allocation for the respective roles. This helped them position correctly in the market and with their own internal financial planning.
The Q-Print also efficiently and effectively unearthed target businesses within the respective spaces that these types of individuals would likely work for or have worked for in the past.
Crucially, the Q-Print identified the key pull factors, differentiators and USPs this client had to attract AA talent. These included a highly collaborative culture; highly autonomous strategic role and incredibly strong financial position of the business and division - meaning security for candidates’ long term.
This in-depth analysis enabled STQ partners to quickly establish a market map and recruitment strategy. We then discreetly engaged with top operators in the market with an informed, coherent and compelling offering.
