We identified our RAS model as the best route to success.
Consult
Blacoh needed to build out a senior leadership team of AA players. They were looking to take the business to the next level by targeting specific markets and accelerating their product innovation to meet their customers’ needs but had struggled to find the right people.
The Q-Print analysis revealed that Blacoh possessed an exceptional product and a leadership team with a strong commitment to investment and growth. It uncovered the fact that their product, while valuable, might not yet be recognised by many of their customers as a solution to a critical problem.
Furthermore, the Q-Print analysis shed light on Blacoh's recent history of hiring challenges, the Q-Print focused on deep diving into their strengths and crucially their weaknesses, looking at all the barriers to success when someone joins. Finally, it helped to create STQ Partners market entry strategy, focusing on some of the sector specific nuances that may be the difference between a yes and a no.
The Q-Print empowered STQ Partners to align Blacoh's challenges with the aspirations of potential candidates. For instance, while Blacoh possessed a strong strategic vision, they sought assistance in refining their ground-level strategy and enhancing people management. Consequently, STQ Partners set out to identify strong strategic leaders who embrace a servant leadership management approach.
Despite Blacoh's prominence in the industry, much of the talent pool was relatively unfamiliar with the value proposition of the organisation.
Leveraging the rich insights provided by the Q-Print, we were able to generate substantial interest from a wide range of individuals. This allowed us to be selective in our recruitment efforts, prioritising candidates who not only possessed the necessary skills but also exhibited a strong cultural alignment and a commitment to delivering tangible results.
